We have good news for everyone who works with our product data: we have created a new customer area that makes it easier for you to access STEP files.
Simply register on our website, and once your account has been activated, you can immediately download the files for all the products you need.
This saves time and makes your work even more efficient. We are delighted to be able to offer you this new service!
To help you get started, we have created a guide for you.
Step 1: Click on the “My account” menu item at the bottom of the website. If you already have an account, you can log in there. If you do not yet have an account, click on “Register now!”. Fill out the form in the next window and submit it.
Step 2: We will activate your customer account shortly. Then return to “My account” and log in with your details. Once you are logged in, you can access your product and see the new ‘STEP’ tab. Click on the tab and download the STEP file. When you are finished, you can log out again under “My account.”
Note: The “STEP” tab is only visible to logged-in users.
