Declaration of Principles on Respect for Human Rights
We at CASCOO Europe GmbH believe that all people worldwide deserve an appropriate standard of living and a code of conduct. Respect for human rights is therefore of central importance to us. As an internationally active company, we take responsibility towards our employees and society.
We at CASCOO Europe GmbH are committed to upholding human rights within our company.
The following frameworks are of key importance to us:
- The United Nations (UN) Universal Declaration of Human Rights
- The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
- The Core Labour Standards of the International Labour Organisation (ILO)
- The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union
- The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
- The Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact
Respect for and protection of human rights should form the basis of sustainable business practice. For this reason, through our Supplier Code of Conduct, we require our suppliers and business partners to comply with human rights standards. Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out minimum requirements regarding social and environmental standards for our suppliers and business partners and forms the basis for collaboration with our company.
In the event of suspected cases or complaints regarding possible breaches of human rights standards, our employees and business partners have the option to submit complaints and reports online. All reports are treated confidentially and followed up. The whistleblower may remain anonymous. A complaint or report regarding misconduct or similar issues can be submitted via https://cascoo.eu/en/contact.
